What styles have you practiced / trained in?
While I enjoy many types of practices – including Yin, Restorative, and Dharma – Vinyasa yoga remains my favorite and where I feel most free. I am trained in Vinyasa yoga with an emphasis on creative and intelligent sequencing, the chakra system, philosophy, mythology, and mantra.
Book or movie recommendations?
I devour copious amounts of film and television, but what I recommend most to my community is unplugging and journaling in all of the corners and crevices NY has to offer. Inspiration is all around and growth starts from within!
What hobbies do you enjoy most?
I enjoy watching movies, shamelessly binging Bravo, sewing like I know what I’m doing, wood burning cute kitchen things, crafting in general, running outdoors but in the shade, puzzling 1K pieces, and eating all the carbs.
