Rebecca Berger views yoga as an integral tool for restoring and maintaining balance within the body and mind. In class, she encourages students to move based on intuition and breath, rather than preconceptions of how yoga should look or feel. Her classes explore safe alignment and deep expression. Join her for an educational and calming flow.



Class attendance is first come, first serve basis.  Mats and props are available.  Vaccine required for entry.
